We all need to follow Government advice to help beat the virus and, as we stay in, hopefully beer can provide some pleasure and relaxation – much needed at a time like this.
The health and well-being of our comrades, our brigade of brewers and the team will always be our first priority. With that in mind we are currently following these rules:
- Brew Republic staff are working from home where possible until further notice.
- Any comrade communications are being dealt with virtually, by our home-working team.
- We have changed arrangements in our warehouse, staggering shifts and increasing distancing between staff in addition to a raft of additional cleaning and hygiene measures.
- Drivers are not requiring signatures and can leave your beer in a safe place outside.
All of these safety enhancements do slow things down a bit, resulting in longer delivery times than normal (our standard delivery is currently 7 working days) to keep orders at a level that we can manage safely and sensibly.
It’s not quite 'business as usual' but stocks of beer are good and we are in constant touch with our brewers to maintain the flow of the beers you love.

Delivery & Returns
How long will my beer take to arrive?
All subscription cases will be sent by standard delivery, free of charge.
Our standard delivery is currently 7 working days at a cost of £5.00 per delivery (or free for subscription cases). Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, some other areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands can take an extra few days from our standard delivery of 7 days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a despatch confirmation email, which includes a tracking number, once your order is despatched from our warehouse. All of our deliveries are made via Parcelforce and you can use your tracking number to track your delivery here.
Parcelforce will try and leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, but failing that they will attempt the delivery twice before returning the parcel to us. If the delivery driver leaves a failed delivery card, you can contact the carrier directly to re-arrange delivery on a more suitable day, or contact us and we’ll be more than happy to assist.
Where do you deliver to?
You can arrange to have your beer delivered to any UK address (excluding the Channel Islands). Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to hospitals, PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
If you no longer want your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org no more than 14 days after your order has been placed, and we’ll send you a pre-paid label by email for you to stick on the box and drop off at your local Post Office. Once we have received your order back into our warehouse, we’ll refund your original payment card.
What is a Brew Republic subscription?
Our aim is to source the best beers, brewed by small, independent and passionate brewers. Our subscriptions will feature beers from our Brewery of the Month, as well as other discoveries from all over the UK and beyond.
We have 3 different subscription cases available, all to suit your style and drinking preference, and you can opt to receive your subscription case either monthly or every other month.

We want to ensure that your beer reaches you at its freshest best, therefore some beers are subject to change from the images shown on our website.
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards including PayPal. When you sign up to our beer club, payment is taken immediately and your payment details will be securely stored and charged for any future cases you take.

How do I manage my subscription?
Flexibility is key to our subscriptions. You can choose the type of case you receive and the frequency we send it to you. We’ll send a reminder before your next case is due to be sent and, if you’re not ready to receive it, you can simply visit your account to skip or stop your next box.
You’re not locked in to your subscription for a set amount of time and can cancel at any time. Simply contact us if you really want to leave.
Rewarding your loyalty!
Your loyalty to Brew Republic deserves to be rewarded. Therefore, for every order you make of 12 or more beers (includes both subscription & shop orders) we’ll add one free beer to your account.
Once you’ve collected 6 free beers in your account, we’ll be in touch with a loyalty code for you to redeem with your next order online. Or simply let us know if you’d like your loyalty beers sent with your next subscription case.
Do I have to sign up to a subscription?
If you want to enjoy benefits such as the best price, free delivery, loyalty rewards and much more, then one of our subscriptions is the best way to receive your beer!
However, we understand that a subscription isn’t for everyone and we have many products that you can purchase as a one-off through our shop.
How can I buy a Brew Republic gift subscription?

What are the different types of gift subscription?
We offer 3 different types of gift subscription, with the option of sending a monthly case of beer for a 3,6 or 12 month period.
Each case contains 12 pre-selected beers and the prices shown are inclusive of delivery for the whole subscription period.
We aim to send the beers at their freshest best, so some beers may vary from those shown in the image on our website.
How does the gift subscription work?
There is an up-front fee which covers the entire subscription. Simply choose the type of gift case you’d like to buy for someone and for how long, and we’ll do the rest!
Will the subscription continue after the allotted time?
The gift subscription will automatically come to end after your chosen length of subscription is up. However, if you’d like to carry on please get in touch with us! You will not be charged anything after your up-front payment unless you decide to re-join.

You can manage your subscription under the ‘subscriptions’ tab in your account. You can change between case types, amend your delivery frequency, and skip or stop your next case.

Update Payment Details
If you need to update your payment information for your subscription, please log in to your account and click on ‘subscriptions’ on the left hand side. Scroll down to the bottom where you can enter your new payment information. Remember to click ‘update card’ to save your changes.
